Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services for the high bay warehouse installation with automatic control of devices and an IT system for managing, ordering and publishing books to readers, called "LIBROMAG installation" or "Installation", including: a) TGW Mustang type automatic stacker cranes (5 pieces), year of manufacture 1997. Capacity: double. Startup and control: Baumuller BUS 20-80 inverters (15 pcs.), TR Electronic CE-100M encoders (10 pcs.), Spork X and Y axis servo drives (10 pcs.), Lenze Z axis servo drives (10 pcs.) Power supply: 3x400V/230V/230V ~50Hz. Payload: 20kg. Rated speed: vX=2.4m/s and vY=2.0m/s. Rated acceleration: aX=2.0m/s2 and aY=2.0m/s2.b) Construction of Netcom high bay racks. Construction height 9m, length up to 30m. A total of 5 storage sections (18 rows of containers, a maximum of 38 columns and 5 depths in a given storage location). Total number of containers stored: 27 580 pcs. c) TGW roller conveyor system for containers with dimensions 625x394x315 mm (1 main ring, 5 entrances/exits from warehouse sections, 3 entrances/exits from workstations).d) Book collection picking stations - working with manual bar code readers and a set of Oki 3320 dot matrix printers (3 stations).e) Industrial automation system based on programmable controllers Siemens S5.f) Information system WMS - LIBROMAG/ MFC - GATEWAY for managing high bay warehouse traffic.2The service referred to in paragraph 1 includes in particular: a) Maintenance of the proper functioning of the System, and in the event of damage or malfunction of the System (failure of the System) determining and eliminating the causes and consequences of irregularities, b) Conducting OT1 maintenance (small inspection) of the System, in accordance with the requirements of laws, standards, etc.. c) Conducting OT2 maintenance (average inspection) of the Installation in accordance with the requirements of laws, standards, etc. concerning handling equipment (UTB) and manufacturer's recommendations,d) Conducting OT3 maintenance (major inspection) of the Installation in accordance with the requirements of laws, standards, etc. f) Ensuring readiness to take action to remedy the failure of the Installation (service readiness),g) Keeping records of the handling equipment (UTB) in accordance with the requirements of laws, standards, etc. and other documentation concerning service, maintenance, inspection, etc. h) Ensuring the functionality of the IT systems responsible for maintenance of the Installation, (9 management stations based on operating systems: Windows NT 4.0, Windows Server 2008, Windows 10 with management software: LibroMag Gateway SV, LibroMag Gateway PL, LibroMag Control PC - Master, LibroMag Control PC - Slave, LibroMag Picking Station, and the database server 1 and 2),i) Maintenance of the printout system for reading orders (reverse), which includes management software and technical support for dot matrix printers,j) Making backup copies and all data responsible for positioning and movement of the book collection in the warehouse structure, k) Every 6 months making and depositing with the ordering party a backup copy of the software of the systems managing the operation of the warehouse installation, including PLCs, inverter parameters, etc., with the ordering party.,l) Adaptation of devices (modernization) and adaptation of management software in case of the necessity to replace damaged or worn out components of the System with a newer generation of the System.
