Poland - Repair and maintenance services of electric motors

Description

Implementation of the subject of the contract consists in the performance of the necessary scope of repair and maintenance work on medium voltage 6 kV motors and low voltage motors with a power above 15 kW, individually for each repair and maintenance of the engine. The list of engines for which the work to be carried out is included in Annex 1 to ST. The selection of repair and maintenance activities to be performed shall be made on the basis of the analysis of the condition of the engine submitted for repair / overhaul, after the completion of necessary electrical and mechanical measurements by the Contractor and after the assessment of the condition of the engine by the Contractor, and then after agreeing on the scope of work with the representatives of the Employer. The ordered tasks of repair or overhaul of engines will be realized basically within five weeks, counting from the date of notification to the Contractor of the need for repair / overhaul together with the readiness of the engine for acceptance by the Contractor until the date of delivery of the engine to the Ordering Party. The engines will be collected for repair/repair from the customer's premises and delivered to the same location after the work has been completed. The method of loading the engines to be exported for repair/repair and unloading after arrival after repair/repair/repair will be agreed each time with the Ordering Party's representative, with preferred use of loading and unloading the engines in the company warehouses and in the storage areas of PGE Energia Ciepła Group companies and using the existing methods of close transport (overhead cranes, hoists, forklift trucks). This amount will constitute the maximum nominal liability of the Ordering Party of this tender shall amount to PLN 16,000,000.00 net, including: a. CHP: Elektrociepłownia Wrocław 2,000,000.00 PLN/netElektrociepłownia Czechnica - 600,000.00 PLN/net At the same time, the Contracting Authority informs that the minimum guaranteed remuneration that the Contractor will receive within the performance of the agreement will be 30% of the Contracting Authority's maximum nominal obligation that it intends to allocate to the performance of the contract within 4 years for all locations.
