Description

Provision of services in the field of maintenance, minor - current repairs, heat meter readings and technical emergency services in communal residential and commercial buildings administered by Housing Management Company in Toruń and in communal temporary accommodation facilities, residential, social and commercial units located in the buildings of housing communities. The detailed scope of activities covered by the service is specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. The addresses of the properties covered by the service are indicated in Annexes No. 4A, 4B, 4C and 4D to this SWZ.
Provision of maintenance services, minor - current repairs, heat meter readings and technical emergency services in communal residential and commercial buildings administered by Housing Management Company in Toruń and in communal temporary accommodation facilities, residential, social and commercial units located in the buildings of housing communities. The material scope of the contract: 1. basic maintenance consisting of maintenance works, minor - current repairs in the field of general construction, sanitary installations (water - sewage, gas, central heating), electrical installations and other minor works and services indicated by the contracting authority carried out in Toruń communal residential and commercial buildings, excluding forts and garages, and adjacent areas remaining under the administration of the Housing Management Unit.2.Additional maintenance consisting of carrying out occasional maintenance activities, minor - current repairs and minor services that go beyond the scope of basic maintenance, if their performance is necessary to maintain the administered stocks in a proper technical condition. Additional maintenance includes, in particular, maintenance activities, repairs and services provided in communal temporary premises, residential, social and commercial premises in Housing Associations, both those administered by Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej in Toruń and those under third-party management, on land owned by GMT, which is not adjacent to buildings under basic maintenance, as well as in facilities designated as vacant, the surface of which is not included in basic maintenance, and in forts and garages. 4. maintenance of AZART television networks. 5. providing technical emergency services and removing failures in general construction works, sanitary works (water and sewage, gas, central heating) and electrical works in communal residential and commercial buildings and adjacent areas under the administration of the Housing Management Unit in Toruń. The Contractor is obliged to provide services in the scope of carrying out maintenance works, minor - current repairs and technical emergency, every day from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. The detailed scope of activities covered by the service is specified in appendix no. 3 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference). The addresses of the properties covered by the service are specified in appendices no. 4A, 4B, 4C and 4D to this SWZ.
