Description

This contract notice concerns a submission of applications. This contract is a single contractor framework agreement with purchase orders placed under the restricted tendering procedure pursuant to Articles 21, 61 to 63, 70 and 72 of Decree No 2016-361 of 25.3.2016 on defence and security procurement.
The initial term of the framework agreement is 18 months from the date of contract award.
The framework agreement may be renewed 5 times for a further 12 months, but the total duration of this contract may not exceed 78 months. Each renewal will be tacit.
The contracting authority may announce its decision not to renew at any time with a notice of 3 months.
