Description

1 The subject matter of the contract is the performance of activities and work arising from the scope of level 4 railroad vehicle maintenance inspection repair (P4) for 2 units of 308B series EN81 vehicles, hereinafter referred to as Vehicles, and other activities indicated by the Employer covered by the right of option.2 .As part of the basic order, the Contractor shall be obliged to carry out work always performed during each P4 level maintenance repair in accordance with the guidelines indicated in paragraph 5 of the OPZ (Description of the subject of the contract).3. The Contractor under the option right shall be obliged to carry out the renovation of passenger compartment seats, wheelchair backrests and armrests, as well as the replacement of driver's seats with new ones included in the equipment of the Vehicles. Detailed guidelines for the performance of activities covered by the right of option are contained in Appendix 1 to the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ).

A detailed description of the optional order, together with information on the principles of granting the optional order, are specified in the provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ paragraph 10 paragraphs 1-7 ). 5. the Ordering Party informs that in 2021 on both vehicles made the modernization of the Dynamic Passenger Information System, driver's timetable, GPS location, GSM data transmission, driver's identification along with the following systems: public address and intercom, video monitoring, counting of passenger streams and Internet access.6.. the Contractor shall be obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with:1) the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) of the electric rail bus type 308B;2) the Technical and Operational Documentation (DTR) of the electric rail bus type 308B;3) the Technical Conditions for Performance and Acceptance (TTC) of the electric rail bus type 308B;4) standards (European, Polish, company and in use industry standards) and other standardization documents (among others.UIC cards, among others), referred to in the technical documentation listed in para. 5 items 1 - 5 and related documentation in the form currently in force;5) safety rules resulting from the Railway Transport Act (i.e. Journal of Laws 2021 item 1984, as amended) and the Decree of the Minister of Infrastructure of October 12, 2005 on general technical conditions for operation of railroad vehicles (Dz. U. 2016 item 226 as amended).6) current standards and regulations resulting from the current legal status of the European Union;7. The documents referred to in paragraph 6 items 1 - 3 are available for review at the link https://chmuran.sejmik.kielce.pl/index.php/s/4LhAZIoPlUKgKrH password access: Documentation308B.8.The Contracting Authority prohibits the transfer, reproduction, saving on data carriers and use of the documentation indicated in paragraph 6 in whole or in parts for purposes other than the performance of the subject of the contract.9.The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of conducting an on-site inspection of the Vehicles listed in paragraph 1 in order to make a preliminary estimate of the scope of work and related costs before submitting a bid. The date and place of inspection of the Vehicle, the Contractor shall be obliged to agree with the Contracting Authority by e-mail at: tomasz.wroblewski@sejmik.kielce.pl.10.
