The subject of the contract is 4-year post-warranty maintenance of the following equipment:1.Magnetom Avanto MRI with serial number 27930 with Syngo MMWP workstation with serial number 80344 and Magnetom Avanto MRI with serial number 27916 with Syngo MMWP workstation with serial number 3868, 2.Refrigeration unit at Magnetom Avanto MRI with serial number 27930 and at Magnetom Avanto MRI with serial number 27916 The subject of the contract is not divided into parts.
The subject of the order is 4-year post-warranty maintenance of the following equipment:1.1. Magnetom Avanto MRI with serial number 27930 with Syngo MMWP workstation with serial number 80344 and Magnetom Avanto MRI with serial number 27916 with Syngo MMWP workstation with serial number 3868, including in particular:a. Periodic technical inspections with consumables replaced during the inspections, in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements for the Magnetom Avanto MRI and workstation,b. Remote diagnostics, including systematic monitoring of parameters sent by the apparatus to the service to prevent failures of the apparatus,c. Software and hardware modifications recommended by its manufacturer,d. Repairs to the equipment without replacement of parts or with replacement of parts after their purchase by the Ordering Party,e. Modifications of network and DICOM parameters settings of the equipment, if they are required, e.g. due to changes in the Ordering Party's IT structure,f. Telephone support through the service support center having a telephone number from the Polish numbering zone and allowing telephone contact in Polish with trained service engineers,g. Travel and labor.1..2. of the cooling unit at the Magnetom Avanto MRI with serial number 27930 and at the Magnetom Avanto MRI with serial number 27916 covering in particular:a. Regular periodic technical inspections with consumables replaced during the inspectionsb. Software modifications of controllers and equipment recommended by its manufacturer,c. Equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting and damage elimination, with the exception of damage caused by external factors beyond the control of the Contractor,d. Equipment repairs without replacement of parts or with replacement of parts after their purchase by the Purchaser,e. Travel and labor2. The subject matter of the contract is not divided into parts. 3. the subject matter is described in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ "Description of the subject matter of the contract" and the model contract - Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ.
