Brief description of the contract: The preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance concerns the EMC (electro-magnetic compatibility) power amplifiers of DGA Techniques aéronautiques.on this contract, the contractor intervenes on solid state, T.O.P (travelling wave tubes), klystron and magnetron amplifiers. The means are located in Balma.----------------------------------------------------------- Procedure: The present draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of articles L 2324-1, L 2324-3, R 2324-1, R 2324-3, R 2361-1, R 2361-8 to R 2361-12 of the code of the public order.----------------------------------------------------------- In application of articles R 2362-1 to R 2362-8 of the French Public Order Code, this is a framework agreement with subsequent contracts and purchase orders.-------------------------------------------------------------------- The maximum amount of the framework agreement for each lot is €833,333.34 excluding VAT, i.e. €1,000,000 including VAT, over 7 years.The maximum amount of the framework agreement in total is €1,666,666.67 excluding VAT, i.e. €2,000,000 including VAT, over 7 years.------------------------------------------------------------------- This publication concerns only a call for applications.
