Description

Open procedure for the contracting of maintenance works related to masonry, locksmithing, painting, carpentry, blinds, plumbing, installation and repair of automatic doors, restoration and conservation works, antixilophage treatment works, legionellosis prevention and control treatments and installation of life lines. The maintenance will be corrective in the buildings of Alicante (Lot 1) and Castellón (Lot 2) and conductive and corrective in the buildings of Valencia (Lot 3).
Carrying out the corrective maintenance operations detailed in the PPTP in the buildings assigned to the Presidency that are located in the province of Alicante. Performance of corrective maintenance works detailed in the PPTP, in the buildings assigned to the Presidency of the Generalitat in the province of Castellón. Carrying out of conductive and corrective maintenance operations related to the PPTP in the buildings assigned to the Presidency of the Generalitat in the province of Valencia.
