Description

The purpose of this call for tenders is to enter into a contract to retain the services of repairing, inspecting, maintaining tools and equipment, or performing various minor work or repairs for a minimum number of hours per week (35 hours/week) for the four (4) Héma-Québec facilities in the Québec City region.
SITE VISIT
A mandatory site visit will be held between August 19 and August 23, 2019 at Héma-Québec's facility in Québec City, at the following address:

The meeting point is in front of the reception desk at the entrance.
CONTRACT TERM
The term of the contract is 3 years and does not include a renewal option.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
No bidding or performance security is required in this call for tenders.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND CRITERIA

To be eligible to bid, a SUBMISSIONER:
Must have, in Québec or in a territory covered by an applicable Intergovernmental Agreement, an establishment where it carries on its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours;
Applicable government agreements:
- Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFFTA)
- Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO);
- Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick
(AQNB).
- Intergovernmental Agreement on Government Procurement between the Government of Quebec and the Government of New York State (AQNY)
Having an establishment in Quebec must hold, at the time of filing its Tender, a valid Revenu Québec certificate that was not issued after the deadline for receipt of Tenders;
Must not, at the time of filing its Bid, be registered in the register of companies not eligible for public contracts (RENA) or, if registered, be ineligible;
