The subject of the invitation to tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the maintenance and operation of the technical systems of the heating, air-conditioning, sanitary and ventilation departments at the Deutsche Welle site in Bonn. There is no purchase obligation.The planned term is to begin on December 01, 2023 and end on June 30, 2027.Deutsche Welle acts sustainably, it uses its funds and resources efficiently, continuously reduces its environmental footprint and is committed to social issues. It aims to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 30 percent by 2030 (core balance 2019) and achieve net zero emissions by 2045 at the latest. In order to also realize improvements in indirect Scope 3 emissions (including in the area of purchased goods and services), Deutsche Welle also expects active sustainability management from all of its business partners.On-site visit:In the period from August 21, 2023 to August 31, 2023, at the locations of future service provision, bidders will be offered the opportunity for an on-site visit. Applications for the site visit can be made at the Procurement and Travel Department of Deutsche Welle at the following telephone number 0228/ 429 2344. The modalities, in particular with regard to compliance with protective measures for the containment of the Corona pandemic, on site will be communicated separately at the time of registration. An on-site visit may be omitted if the bidder can otherwise demonstrate the required local knowledge.
