Description

This consultation is a framework agreement with single-awarded purchase orders pursuant to Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the French Public Order Code, awarded according to the open tender procedure, with reference to Articles L. 2120-1, L. 2124-2, R. 2124-1 to R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The Framework Agreement includes a minimum of 40,000 euros (excluding VAT) over 4 years and a maximum of 1,000,000 euros (excluding VAT) over 4 years. The Framework Agreement covers all the services relating to the technical operation and preventive and corrective maintenance of the installations and/or equipment for the treatment of liquid effluents of the Practical Training and Safety Training Center (Cfpes) as well as of the Navy Logistics Service (Slmt) located within the Toulon naval base (Geographical area of competence: USID Toulon Naval Base)
The duration of the framework agreement, i.e. the period during which purchase orders may be issued, is one (1) year from the date of notification. This duration is independent of the execution time of the purchase orders.The framework agreement may be renewed a maximum of three (3) times without the total duration of the framework agreement exceeding four (4) years. Each renewal will be tacit. The contracting authority may announce its decision not to renew the agreement at least three (3) months before the end of the current period.
