Description

When submitting their bids, bidders must bear in mind that the information on the respective specialist lots is merely estimated requirements derived from past values and includes any additional requirements that may arise. The actual orders placed during the term of the contract may differ with regard to the demand quantities of the respective supply numbers contained in a specialist lot and the specialist lot as a whole. The upper limit for the respective order shall in any case be the total quantity summarized in the respective specialized lot (sum of the quantities of the individual supply numbers). The term of the contract shall commence upon award of the contract and shall end on 31.12.2025.If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the German Federal Armed Forces is terminated, irrespective of the legal reason, the framework agreement may be terminated by way of a special right of termination.Furthermore, the Client reserves the right to an optional extension of the framework agreement until 31.12.2026.
