Description

The order includes the factory repair of various assemblies of the PUMA system. Each supply number has its own compartment lot. The batch cutting (technical and / or quantity lots) for the award of the contract is carried out after evaluation of the competition. When submitting their tenders, candidates/tenders must take into account the fact that the information on the respective lots is only an estimate derived from historical values. The actual orders made during the term of the contract may differ with regard to the quantities required for the respective supply numbers and the lot as a whole contained in a lot. In each case, the upper limit for the respective order shall be the total quantity grouped together in the relevant compartment lot. An obligation of the AG to place individual orders is not justified by this contract. The term of the contract begins with the award of the contract and the acceptance of the assemblies into HIL responsibility and ends on 31.12.2021. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends, regardless of the legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special right of termination. Furthermore, the client reserves the right to extend the framework agreement optionally until 31.12.2022.
