The contracting authority is of the opinion that the work is connected in such a way that the contract can be seen as one logical whole. In doing so, this coherence does not create unnecessary restrictions on the market and SMEs retain access to participate in the procurement procedure.PurposeThe purpose of this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of these services for a period of 3 years with an effective date of May 1, 2024.TimingThe specifications are entered into for a period of 3 years.The work per year is expected to be performed in the months of May and June.The work to be delivered per year no later than July 1.Maximum contract valueThe maximum contract value under this framework agreement is set at € 220,000, - viewed over the term of the agreement, including renewal options.No rights can be derived from the stated amount. Should the maximum contract value be exceeded during the term of the framework agreement, the framework agreement may be terminated (earlier).MercellThis tender will be handled exclusively and entirely digitally online via the Mercell platform (www.mercell.com).
