SBH | Schulbau Hamburg and GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH as the contracting authorities award the maintenance of heat generators and gas appliances in the schools and properties in Hamburg managed by the contracting authorities.the contract covers the maintenance of heating systems and other gas appliances with a nominal heat output of up to 50 kW and central water heaters.the locations are spread across the federal state of Hamburg.the approx. The contract term begins from the award of the contract (presumably from August 2020) and ends on 31.7.2022.The AG are entitled to extend the contract term by unilateral declaration (option declaration) twice by one year each under the previous conditions of this contract up to a maximum of 31.7.2024 (option right).
SBH | Schulbau Hamburg and GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH as the contracting authorities award the maintenance of heat generators and gas appliances in the schools and properties in Hamburg managed by the contracting authorities.the contract includes the maintenance of heating systems, other gas appliances (e.g. circulation water heaters) with a nominal heat output of up to 50 kW and central water heaters, hereinafter referred to as systems, in accordance with the items of the LV on individual call.The term of the contract begins from the award of the contract (presumably from August 2020) and ends on 31.7.2022.The AG are entitled to extend the term of the contract by unilateral declaration (option declaration) twice by 1 year each under the previous conditions of this contract up to a maximum of 31.7.2024 (option right).The locations are spread over the Federal State of Hamburg.There are about 640 heat generators and gas appliances of different types, different manufacturers and years of construction at the approx. 240 locations.A lot division into 8 regional lots and one supra-regional lot was made as follows:- Lot 1 (SBH) - Region Mitte - approx. 27 locations - approx. 70 plants;- Lot 2 (SBH) - Region Altona - approx. 30 locations - approx. 90 plants;- Lot 3 (SBH) - Region Eimsbüttel - approx. 28 locations - approx. 80 plants;- Lot 4 (SBH) - Region Bergedorf - approx. 18 locations - approx. 45 plants;- Lot 5 (SBH) - Region Wandsbek Nord - approx. 33 locations - approx. 75 plants;- Lot 6 (SBH) - Region Wandsbek South - approx. 26 locations - approx. 65 plants;- Lot 7 (SBH) - Region North - approx. 31 locations - approx. 70 plants;- Lot 8 (SBH) - supra-regional HIBB - approx. 8 locations - approx. 15 plants;- Lot 9 (GMH) - Region South - approx. 38 locations - approx. 130 plants.The above-mentioned quantities and those stated in the specifications are an estimate of requirements based on stock data. Due to new constructions and conversions, the sale/closure of (school) locations as well as changes of use, the number of turbines per lot can be adjusted during the contract period. This also includes the elimination of individual school locations without replacement. A contractor can be awarded a maximum of 2 lots for reasons of SME support.
