Description

The purpose of lot 1 is to rent training rooms with a capacity of between 8 and 25 people, equipped with equipment such as Internet access, a video projector and a microcomputer. It also aims to organise associated services, such as the organisation of training courses, excluding IT courses, for staff of the Centre des monuments nationaux: temporary rental of rooms in Paris intra-muros, audiovisual and educational equipment and equipment related to the reception of trainees (including catering for trainees), etc. As part of this package, external training is provided by external training organisations. Lot No. 2 concerns the rental of training rooms equipped with equipment (Internet access, video projector, microcomputer) including the associated services for training, except computer training, provided by internal personnel at the National Monuments Centre, reserved in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 2113-12 of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with article L. 2113-13 of the Public Procurement Code, lot 2 is reserved for certain categories of companies: adapted companies (AE); or, establishments and services for work assistance (ESAT); or, equivalent structures employing mainly disabled people; these companies are those mentioned in article L. 2113-12 of the Public Procurement Code. Subject to amendments to the regulatory texts, adapted companies or establishments and services providing assistance through work are those referred to in Articles L. 5213-13, L. 5213-18, L. 5213-19 and L. 5213-22 of the Labour Code and L. 344-2 of the Social Action and Family Code, and equivalent structures are those which fulfil the following conditions: "when the majority of the workers concerned are disabled persons who, because of the nature or severity of their disabilities, cannot exercise a professional activity under normal conditions".
