The subject of the order is the delivery of round coniferous raw material - medium-sized timber S2b( S_S2B GD ) , large-size logs, large-size logs - from the Forest Districts: Cewice, Choczewo, Kartuzy, Kolbudy, Lębork, Lipusz, Strzebielino, Wejherowo, Gdańsk, Starogard, Kwidzyn, Elbląg and round deciduous timber S2a( S_S2A ) from forest districts : Cewice, Choczewo, Strzebielino, by self-loading vehicles adapted for transport of round timber to the headquarters of ZPD LP Lębork.
The subject of the contract is the delivery of round coniferous raw material - medium-sized timber S2b( S_S2B GD ) , large-size logs, large-size logs - from the forest districts: Cewice, Choczewo, Kartuzy, Kolbudy, Lębork, Lipusz, Strzebielino, Wejherowo, Gdańsk, Starogard, Kwidzyn, Elbląg, and round deciduous timber S2a( S_S2A ) from Forest Districts : Cewice, Choczewo, Strzebielino, by self-loading vehicles adapted to transport round timber to the headquarters of ZPD LP Lębork. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is defined in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.Additional conditions regarding the subject matter of the contract. a) the subject matter of the contract shall be carried out successively on the basis of monthly timber delivery schedules, b) the Ordering Party shall allow for the possibility of shifting the amount of supplied wood between individual forest districts within the total quantitative and qualitative pool of the contract. c) the Ordering Party reserves the right not to execute the subject matter of the contract up to 10% of the quantity specified in the subject matter of the contract.
