Description and location - The Société québécoise des infrastructures wishes to lease, under a ten (10) year lease with a five (5) year renewal option, office and warehouse space with a minimum usable area of 755 square metres, measured according to its measurement standards. The office and warehouse space will be located on land on Pierre-Dansereau Street in the Industrial Ecopark, currently owned by the City of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. The land will be sold by the City to the bidder who has been awarded the lease contract, under the conditions specified in the tender documents.

The building to be built must comply with the City's urban planning regulations. The office and warehouse space and the requested facilities must be delivered no later than Friday, December 20, 2019.

Bid closing time/date and validity period - Bids must be received in the prescribed reply envelope no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2019 and be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000). They will be open to the public on the same day at 3 p.m., in Room RS.02 at 445 Saint-Gabriel Street, in Montréal.

Submissions will be valid for sixty (60) days from the closing date. This period may be extended if there is an agreement between the parties. The Company is not required to accept the lowest or any of the bids received.
