INVITATION TO BID The Municipality of San Mateo, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, contractors registered with the BAC in the Municipality of San Mateo, to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder listed project. Project Reference No. : 2018-6917-11-110 Project Name : Rental of Equipment for Dredging of Creek(Backhoe & Dumptruck) Location/Site : Sapang Labo Creek at Brgy. Ampid II to Brgy. Maly, San Mateo, Rizal Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) : Php4,988,000.00 Period Covered : 215 calendar days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R. A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR). BAC ACTIVITIES SCHEDULE 1.
