Rental of an approved aircraft with crew, with a minimum carrying capacity of 18 parachutists and a maximum carrying capacity of 25 parachutists for carrying out axial drop operations in SOCR, for the benefit of the airborne troops located in Pau, the technical section of the army and the parachutist garrisons located in the departments of Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Gironde and Haute-Garonne.
