France - Renovation work at the DSI France Travail Terra Nova II site in Montreuil

Description

The purpose of this consultation is to fit out the future ISD site, located on the 4th and 5th floors of the TERRA NOVA II building in Montreuil.

The services to be provided include

- Supply and presentation of samples of all materials used;
- Creation of a test area with all trades finishing;
- Supply and installation of made-to-measure carpentry fittings (reception/carpentry partition/kiosk)
- Supply and installation of partitioning (modular and/or fixed), false ceilings and false technical floors, with varying degrees of acoustic constraints depending on the premises concerned.
- Supply and installation of glazing and signage, in line with the chosen identity
- Installation of carpeting supplied by the lessor
- Installation and redesign of lighting fixtures for office areas
- Complete installation of the electrical system, from switchboards to workstation feeders, CFA and CFO power supply.
- Installation of additional SSI, private access control system, intruder surveillance camera system.
