Framework Agreement for the entrusting of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions referred to in Article 12, paragraph 2, letters a) and b) and paragraph 5, of Decree-Law no. 98/2011, as converted by Law 111/2011, aimed, where possible, also at the recovery of interior spaces of State-owned properties in order to reduce passive leases, as well as the energy upgrading of properties in use by the State Administrations, including those directly managed and financed by the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Defense and the Court of Auditors on properties in use by them, as well as maintenance interventions managed by the Agenzia del Demanio, included in the territory under the competence of the Regional Directorate of Sicily, commissioned through individual contracts.
Western Sicily Area (AG-CL-PA-TP) - NO SOA works of an amount equal to or greater than 40,000 euros and up to 150,000 euros. Area of Eastern Sicily (EN-CT-ME-RG-SR) - NO SOA works of an amount equal to or greater than Euro 40,000 and up to Euro 150,000. SOA works from I classification to II (maintenance interventions from Euro 150,001 to Euro 516,000) SOA works from III classification to IV (maintenance interventions from Euro 516,001 to Euro 2,582,000)
