The CENTRE INTÉGRÉ UNIVERSITAIRE DE SANTÉ ET DE SERVICES SOCIAUX DU CENTRE-SUD-DE-L'ÎLE-DE-MONTRÉAL, a legal person under public law duly constituted in accordance with the Act respecting health services and social services, RLRQ c S-4.2, having its principal place of business at 1560 Sherbrooke East, in the City of Montreal, Province of Quebec, H2L 4M1,
Wishes to issue a call for tenders:

RENOVATION OF THE PLUMBING SYSTEM IN THE ARCHIVES DEPARTMENT
DE L'HÔPITAL DE VERDUN
AO 2024-1789
Summary of work:
This call for tenders concerns the renovation of the plumbing system in the archives department of the Verdun Hospital.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Demolition, interior work;
Construction, interior work;
Miscellaneous patching work;
Mechanical and electrical work;
Removal of asbestos-containing materials,
Maintenance of operations;
Work in several phases and sequences;
Installation of equipment and accessories supplied by the Project Manager.


Duration of work: 6 months

Important note on work start date:
Although a start date is indicated in the tender documents, it is for information purposes only. The actual start date will be determined once the contract has been awarded.
Exclusion clause :
In accordance with article 8 of the regulations, CIUSSSUD reserves the right to refuse any contractor who, during the 2 years preceding the bid opening date, has been the subject of an unsatisfactory performance evaluation by our organization, or has failed to follow up on a bid, a contract, or has had a contract terminated due to failure to comply with its conditions.

Site visit :

A strongly recommended site visit is scheduled for Friday, May 3, 2024 at 9:30 AM. The meeting point for this visit is set at L'Hôpital de Verdun ENTRE DE RÉADAPTATION LUCIE-BRUNEAU, Hall d'entrée principal - , 4000, boul. LaSalle, in the city of Verdun , province of Quebec, H4G 0A2 .

IMPORTANT: A visit to the Contract site is mandatory. Only BIDDERS who have completed this visit are eligible to submit a Bid.

Bid and performance bonds :
Guarantees deposited in the form of cheques will not be accepted.

Filing of Complaints:

Any company or person interested in this call for tenders and who is of the opinion that the tender documents do not comply with the contractual rules in effect, may file a complaint by following the instructions detailed in the complaint management procedure adopted by CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l'Île-de-Montréal in accordance with section 21.0.3 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (RLRQ, c.
