Renovation, addition of storeys and extension of the listed Röwekamp elementary school - invitation to tender for the technical planning of the HVAC and plumbing systems LP 1 - 9.

The listed Röwekamp elementary school from 1896, a two-form entry school in Oldenburg with three storeys, was extended by a two-storey extension in 2009. The usable area is approx. 1360 m². As part of the conversion to an all-day school, the building is to undergo comprehensive refurbishment and a barrier-free design as well as energy efficiency upgrades:
1) Energy-efficient refurbishment of the existing building with conversion of the currently unused top floor.

2) Creation of an all-day school with extension (approx. 190 m² area) of the extension built in 2009 to install a school canteen.
3) Modernization of the entire building services, creation of new technical and sanitary rooms.
4) Implementation in accordance with technical requirements (fire protection, sound insulation, etc.), as well as asbestos removal in some areas of the school.
