1. SITE VISIT:

A non-mandatory site visit will take place on Tuesday, September 18, 2023 at 10:00 am. I, David Philibert, will be present to welcome you.

PROJECT SPECIFICS
CONTEXT OF WORK
This project consists of :
Refinishing the 4th floor and refitting 3 rooms on the 4th floor, at CHSLD
La Pinière at 4895 Rue St Joseph, Laval, QC H7C 1H6.

The contractor must take into consideration that this building is a CHSLD that remains
occupied for the duration of the work.

Building operations are continuous 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To ensure continuity of care, the contractor must take into account
knowledge of the methods to be followed for phasing the work and cutting services,
temporary installations and other instructions specific to work in a CHSLD. Refer to
