Canada - Renewal of technical support and maintenance services for Logrhythm licenses

Description

The Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF), through its Direction des services technologiques, within the Direction générale des ressources informnelles, wishes to renew technical support and maintenance services for Logrhythm licenses.

The purpose of this call for tenders is to award a service contract for the technical support and maintenance of Logrhythm licenses.

The place of performance is 5700, 4th Avenue West, Quebec City, Quebec G1H 6R1.

The contract covers the period from July 22, 2024 to July 21, 2027.

The bid must be submitted by a service provider with a permanent place of business in Quebec, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal business hours.

The Minister would like to draw your attention to sections 3.7 and 3.8 of the call for tenders document, which set out the conditions for service provider eligibility and bid compliance that must be met in connection with this call for tenders.

Technical support and maintenance services for LogRhythm licenses must be provided by a reseller authorized by the LogRhythm manufacturer.

The Minister does not undertake to accept any of the bids received, in particular when she deems that the prices are too high or disproportionate or do not reflect a fair price.
