Canada - Removal and installation of street furniture and assembly and installation of bleachers

Description

The City of Trois-Rivières is requesting bids for the removal of street furniture, site patching, the supply and installation of new street furniture, and the assembly and installation of new bleachers (7000003272).
The documents are available only on the Government of Quebec's approved electronic tendering system (sé@o) website, at www.seao.ca, or by contacting one of its representatives at the following telephone numbers: 1 866 669-7326 or 1 514 856-6600. The above-mentioned contract number must be quoted.
Paper bids must be submitted at the undersigned's office located at 1325, place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, Trois-Rivières (Québec) G9A 5H3, by depositing them in the outside box, accessible from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (locked and inaccessible outside these hours) identified as "Dépôt de soumissions", adjacent to the front door of City Hall, or by handing them to the security guard at the entrance to City Hall before 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.
Electronic bids must be submitted via the electronic tendering system at the above address before 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.
The bid opening will take place at the undersigned's office on the same day, will be filmed and will be available for viewing on the Town's website.
The City of Trois-Rivières does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received. This notice does not confer any rights or create any obligations on the City.
