The tender documents will be available on the website of the Electronic Tendering System (SEAO) from 2 July 2019. Submissions will be received in the Clerk's Office by 10:00 a.m. on July 18, 2019.
The Municipality of Stanbridge-Station is requesting tenders for the rehabilitation of approximately 410 metres of its sanitary sewer system on Champlain Road, as well as the inspection of approximately 400 metres on St-Henri Road.
The work includes, but is not limited to, determining the rehabilitation method associated with the deficiencies, cleaning and inspecting the pipes, supplying and installing materials, and producing the final report following the work and inspecting the remaining systems.
Submissions must be submitted in three (3) copies and be accompanied by the following documents:
- a bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, valid for ninety (90) days;
- a letter of intent from an insurance company providing a performance bond for the work and payment for materials and labour. These bonds must be equal to fifty percent (50%) each of the bid cost, valid for ninety (90) days.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and deposited in the Clerk's Office at Stanbridge Station City Hall for public opening immediately following the closing time.
