The Municipality of Chesterville is requesting tenders for the rehabilitation of 8 culverts located on its territory, including the replacement or lining of culverts with diameters ranging from 450 mm to 750 mm, as well as road rehabilitation work in crushed stone.
This project is being carried out as part of the Quebec Gas Tax and Contribution Program 2014-2018 and 2019-2023 (TECQ) following the completion of the PIIRL by the MRC d'Arthabaska.

BID SECURITY
A bid security, in the form of a cheque certified as a bid bond, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality of Chesterville, must accompany the bid.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Only persons, companies and firms that have obtained the call for tenders document directly from SEAO and that have their licence from the Régie du Bâtiment du Québec are eligible to bid.
BID OPENING
Submissions (one original and one copy) must be inserted in sealed envelopes and clearly identified. They will be received at the Municipality's office, at the above-mentioned address, on or before August 21, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., to the attention of Christine Bibeau, Director General. Submissions will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:05 a.m. in the City Council Chamber.
The Municipality of Chesterville does not accept any offer sent by fax or e-mail, any offer thus transmitted will be automatically rejected.
The Municipality of Chesterville does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received.
