PREAMBLE
THE PUBLIC BODY DECLARES THE FOLLOWING:
A) The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION wishes to issue a call for tenders relating to the execution
the refurbishment of the boiler room, related to Project No. 20190208-1;
B) In order to comply with the requirements of the Act respecting contracts for public bodies
in terms of construction work, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION must proceed by the
