PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that offers sealed, sealed and addressed to :

will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time on October 10, 2019, to be publicly open at the same location, on the same day and at the same time.
Interested parties will be able to obtain bid documents from the Electronic Tendering Service (ESTS) by contacting one of the representatives by telephone at 1-866-669-7326 or by visiting the Web site at (http://www.seao.ca/). Documents can be obtained at a cost determined by SEAO.
Companies with their head office in Quebec and any other company that complies with the public procurement release agreements established by the Government of Quebec are authorized to submit bids. Quebec companies must hold a licence issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec, in accordance with the Building Act (RLRQ, chapter .B-1.1), covering the required work. This license must be valid at the time of submission of the bid.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in the form of a bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid submitted, valid for a period of sixty (60) days and made payable to or in favour of the Office municipal d'habitation de Baie-Saint-Paul.
Bidders will be responsible for selecting subcontractors for both their creditworthiness and the content of their bids and will be responsible for ensuring that they hold the required licenses and permits.
The Office municipal d'habitation de Baie-Saint-Paul does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received.
