Rehabilitation of drinking water and sanitary sewer lines

3rd Avenue West and 6th Avenue East

The STYLEREF PinfoNomClient \* MERGEFORMAT City of Paspébiac(Owner) requests bids for the performance of construction work described below:

- Nine (9) soil borings and analyses prior to the start of work;

- Complete replacement of the existing drinking water and sanitary sewer mains on 3rd Avenue West, over a length of approximately 660 metres, including service connections, valves, manholes and other accessories;

- Two (2) spot replacements of the sanitary sewer line on 6th Avenue East, including a service connection;

- Complete reconstruction of the roadway on 3rd Avenue West, including asphalt paving;

- Repair of foundations and paving above trenches on 6th Avenue East;

- Reprofiling of existing ditches;

- Replacement of two (2) cross culverts and private driveway culverts;

- Resurfacing of shoulders;

- Various related rehabilitation and development work required to complete the project.

To be considered valid, all bids must be prepared on the form provided with the bid documents and accompanied by the required documents mentioned in the specifications.

Tender documents will be available on the Système Électronique d'Appel d'Offres (SÉAO) website at www.seao.ca as of June 12, 2024. Obtaining the documents is subject to the applicable fees defined by the SÉAO.

The deadline for submitting complaints (DDP) to be registered on the SEAO is June 25, 2024, and the deadline for replying to complaints (DRP) is June 30, 2024.

Bids must be received at the Paspébiac Town Hall, located at 5, boulevard Gérard-D.-Lévesque Est, on July 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time according to the NRC official clock). Bids then received will be publicly opened immediately following the aforementioned closing time.

The Employer reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, and to delete portions of the contract. The Employer shall not be liable to any claim for costs or losses incurred by bidders as a result of such decisions.
