Management and Operation of three Civic Amenity /Recycling Centres inclusive of all direct and indirect costs associated with the delivery of the service at Kells, Navan and TrimThe services will generally comprise of• Handling and processing waste streams.• Monitoring and reporting (data collection, AERs etc).• Management systems and proven staff experience in ISO – Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental Waste Management.• Customer Service (facility signage, receipt system, complaints procedure, campaigns such as bulky goods, mattresses, bikes etc).• Security systems & management during operation and out of hours.• Management of the sites including for maximising efficiencies in layout and operations• The legislative and regulatory requirements underpinning the delivery of a waste management serviceSingle Party Framework to be established on foot of this competition.
