Description
The contracting authority needs a framework agreement for the transport, reception, and treatment of inert and clean matter The contest is split into 2 lots and tenderers can choose whether they will submit a tender for one or both contests.
Lot 1 - inert matter: The transport, reception and treatment of inert matter must be in accordance with the Pollution Act §32.Inert matter is waste that does not undergo significant biological, chemical or physical transformation.In addition inert matter does not react to other substances that can lead to pollution. Inert matter must not be confused with clean matter or lighted polluted matter.The main content of inert matter at the contracting authority is:- Concrete without reinforcement, brick, roof tiles, ceramics, building stones, and tiles. Concrete with reinforcement is not delivered as inert matter at the recycling station at the contracting authority. Lot 2 - clean matter: Clean matter is natural matter from areas without polluting activities, considered clean. Clean matter consist of soil, stone, sand, bog, gravel and clay and must be delivered to an approved reception.
