France - Refuse and non-hazardous waste treatment and disposal services

Description

This invitation to tender is being issued in accordance with the procedure: open invitation to tender - Articles R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-1 of the Code de la commande publique. The purpose of the invitation to tender is as follows: the services to be provided are as follows: - removal of pallets from waste disposal sites, including loading into the holder's road transport vehicle; - transport of pallets to the site of massification or recovery; - recovery of pallets according to the holder's channels and processes; - final disposal of all by-products linked to recovery.
Framework agreement with purchase orders: minimum amount: EUR 15 000,00, maximum amount: EUR 180 000,00 in EUR value (excluding VAT). Duration (excluding renewal): 48 months. Number of possible renewals: 0. Start of the contract: on notification of the contract. The time-limit for performance of each service is indicated in the order form or, where appropriate, in the CCTP.
