Description
The works shall consist of the following scope of works
• The removal of existing natural slate roof slates for reuse
• The re-roofing of the building in accordance with detailed drawings
• Manufacture, supply and installation of windows and associated works in accordance with the details.
The contractor is advised that the building is a protected structure and only works approved by the Engineer are permitted.
