Description

PART I - SCOPE OF ORDER The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of 2 (two) Matrixes in Task 1 and extension of the StorWize V7000 Matrix, in Task 2; according to the rules specified in the model contract, constituting Annex No. 4 A and Annex No. 4B to the ToR, meeting the minimum requirements, which are described in Annex No. 1 to the ToR.
The subject of the contract is:1) Delivery of two file matrixes (Type 1 and Type 2) meeting the minimum requirements described in Table 1.1 and Table 1.2 (also referred to as "equipment");;2) Assembly and implementation in accordance with point 2 of Part II Task 1;3) Training for two administrators in the field of operation, in accordance with point 1.4 of Part II Task 1; The subject matter of the contract is to extend the IBM StorWize V7000 matrix owned by the Orderer, in accordance with the Orderer's requirements:1) Delivery of two disk racks meeting the minimum requirements described in Table 2 (also referred to as "hardware"); 2) Assembly and connection to the IBM StorWize V7000 matrix used by the Orderer in accordance with point 2(2) of Part II Task 2;
