Redevelopment Work at 105 McGill, Montreal
Nature of Requirements:
Without necessarily being limited thereto, the work forming part of this invitation to tender includes all the work required for the complete refit of the premises located on the 3rd floor of 105 McGill which will be occupied by employees of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) - Coast Guard. The premises to be occupied by the Coast Guard have a usable area of approximately 600 m2. The work also includes renovations to some of the public areas within the floor and modifications to the HVAC system.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on February 11 at 1:30 PM. Interested bidders are to meet at 105, McGill, Montréal at the reception of the main entrance. The project Manager is Linda Rheault.
Safety Attire: In order to be guaranteed access to the site visit all persons should have the proper personal protection equipment (safety glasses, footwear, vests and hard hats). Contractor`s personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.
