CALL FOR TENDERS

REDEVELOPMENT OF THE TERMINAL BUILDING
MONT-JOLI REGIONAL AIRPORT
Notice is hereby given that the Régie intermunicipale de l'aéroport régional de Mont-Joli is requesting tenders for the redevelopment of the terminal building at the Mont-Joli Regional Airport located at 875 Route de l'aéroport à Mont-Joli.
Sealed envelopes with the above title will be received before
3:00 p.m. local time, Friday, June 28, 2019, at the Mont-Joli Regional Airport located at 875 Route de l'aéroport, Mont-Joli, Quebec G5H 4A4, for opening on the same day, at 11:00 a.m., at the same location.
Bidding contractors can visit the site to see the requirements of the work. The site visit will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, at 3:00 p.m., at 875 Route de l'aéroport in Mont-Joli.
Submissions must be accompanied by the following documents in particular:
1) a bid security (cheque or bid bond) of 10% of the amount of the bid made payable to the Régie intermunicipale de l'aéroport régional de Mont-Joli, valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the opening date of the bids;
2) an authorization to be signed on behalf of the company;
3) a letter of intent from a company licensed by the Superintendent of Insurance or the Inspector General of Financial Institutions, guaranteeing that it undertakes to provide the following documents:
(a) performance guarantee of 50 % of the amount of the tender;
(b) guarantee of payment for labour and materials of 50 % of the bid amount.
4) a photocopy of the licence from the Régie des entreprises de construction du Québec;
5) a photocopy of the certificate from the Ministère du Revenu du Québec in accordance with section 5.3 of the instructions to bidders;
6. the certificate relating to the absence of collusion (section 00550).
The Régie intermunicipale de l'aéroport régional de Mont-Joli is not liable in any way for the fact that the notices or documents conveyed by electronic means contain any error or omission whatsoever.
Therefore, all bidders must ensure that they obtain all documents related to this call for tenders.
The Régie intermunicipale de l'aéroport régional de Mont-Joli does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the bidder or bidders. It also reserves the right to remove parts of the contract.
