Description

Within the context of this Tender, the Municipality intends to procure services for recruitment and selection and assessments in six (6) lots.Several management boards make use of services for recruitment and selection and assessments. Given that the parties are not expected to be able to meet the full extent of the Municipality's needs, and market research has shown that the parties have specific expertise, it has been decided to divide the Assignment into six lots, namely:● Lot 1: recruitment and selection of directors● Lot 2: recruitment and selection of managers● Lot 3: recruitment and selection of financials● Lot 4: selection of trainees● Lot 5: assessments● Lot 6: assessments specifically for enforcement officers.
