Description

The need concerns the following services for the EDF Group:- the assessment of candidates, work-study students, trainees, service providers and temporary employees in the Executive, Management and Executive categories;- the recruitment of employees on permanent contracts in the Executive, Management and Executive categories;- the recruitment of disabled persons with the Recognition of Qualification as a Disabled Worker (RQTH) in the Executive, Management and Executive categories.These services concern EDF SA and its French subsidiaries (excluding RTE) and do not include the recruitment of senior managers or executives or recruitment requiring the use of "headhunting" services.The requirement is divided into three lots:- lot 1: recruitment and assessment for the Executives/Master's colleges;- lot 2: recruitment and assessment for the Executives college;- lot 3: recruitment and assessment for the RQTH colleges.
Lot 1 "Recruitment and assessment for the Execution/Mastery colleges" concerns the recruitment of employees and the assessment of beginners or experienced candidates with no qualifications and with a 2/3-year degree.Recruitment services:- cover all stages of the recruitment process for permanent employees and the selection of candidates for work-study contracts (apprenticeship or professionalization contracts);- include the assessment phase when the recruitment mandate is handled by a recruitment firm.As an indication, the volume of employee recruitment for the Execution/Mastery college is estimated at 500 per year.Candidate assessment services (work-study students, trainees, service providers and temporary workers):- concern the assessment of candidates pre-selected by the Education and Recruitment Mobility Division of the EDF Group HR Department as part of its sourcing activity;- enable EDF Group units to assess a candidate profile;- may enable the selection and recruitment of future permanent employees and service providers in the Executive and Management colleges;- may concern work-study students, trainees and temporary workers;- are independent of the recruitment service.As an indication, the volume of assessment of candidates for the Execution/Mastery college is estimated at 250 per year. Lot 2 "Recruitment and assessment of the Executive College" concerns the recruitment of employees and the assessment of candidates for the Executive College at the level of "Bac≥5" beginners or experienced.The recruitment services:- cover all stages of the recruitment process for employees on permanent contracts and the selection of candidates for work-study contracts (apprenticeship or professionalization contract) and the selection of candidates for end-of-study Bac≥5 internships;- includes the evaluation phase when the recruitment mandate is handled by a recruitment firm.As an indication, the volume of recruitment of employees to the Executive College is estimated at 400 per year.The assessment service for candidates for the Executive category involves the assessment of the profiles of candidates shortlisted by the Education and Recruitment Mobility Division of the EDF Group HR Department as part of its sourcing activity.These assessment services:- enable EDF Group units to assess a candidate profile;- may enable future employees to be selected and recruited on permanent contracts at the Executive College;- may concern work-study students, trainees, temporary employees and service providers with a view to recruiting them on permanent contracts;- are independent of the recruitment service.As an indication, the volume of assessment of candidates at the Executive College is estimated at 200 per year. Lot 3 "Recruitment and RQTH assessment of Executives/Masters/Executives" concerns the recruitment of employees and the assessment of candidates with disabilities and with the Recognition of Qualification as a Disabled Worker (RQTH) for Executives, Masters and Executives.The recruitment services:- cover all stages of the recruitment process for employees on permanent contracts and the selection of candidates for work-study contracts (apprenticeship or professionalization contract) and end-of-study internships Bac≥5;- includes the assessment phase when the recruitment mandate is handled by a recruitment firm.As an indication, the volume of recruitment of RQTH employees to the Executives, Masters and Executives colleges is estimated at 20 per year.The assessment services for candidates (work-study students, trainees, service providers and temporary workers) relate to the assessment of the profiles of candidates pre-selected by the Education and Recruitment Mobility division of the EDF Group HRD as part of its sourcing activity.These assessment services:- enable EDF Group units to assess a candidate profile;- may enable EDF Group units to select and recruit future employees;- are independent of the recruitment service.As an indication, the volume of assessment of RQTH candidates for the Executive, Supervisory and Management colleges is estimated at 20 per year.
