Description

Port of Amsterdam is looking for an IT service provider with a broad service portfolio and/or secondment in the field of application development and infrastructure, who is able to deliver according to the needs of the "business" and within IT frameworks. The needs consist of hiring (effort) and delivering products (result) and in some situations managing them throughout the lifecycle.
The purpose of the tender is to contract two parties on the basis of a partnership, so that organization-wide can easily hire IT staff and services through the framework agreement, which meets the needs of the "business" and IT frameworks. Both are described in the Program of Requirements. The assignment is twofold:1) Fulfilling the hiring needs (effort);2) Providing (continued) development and management of applications (result)
