This is not a request for bid. No purchases will be made on the basis of this Request for Information (RFI). Declining to submit a response to this RFI is not a disqualification from submitting a bid as a response to a potential future Request for Proposal (RFP).

The information received in response to this RFI will support the Department of Children and Families’ (DCF) discovery exercise for its survey of potential solutions and may aid in the future development of a competitive procurement leading to the selection of a contractor(s) to provide microfilm and digital conversion services for State of Wisconsin adoption and guardianship records.
