The subject matter of the contract is successive delivery of reagents, hereinafter referred to as "materials", to the Organisational Units of the University of Gdańsk in parts: 1) Part I: Chromatography reagents; 2) Part II: Laboratory reagents; Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 33696000-5 (reagents and contrast agents), 33696500-0 (laboratory reagents).2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ - object-price form - for Parts I-II respectively.
The subject matter of the contract is successive delivery of reagents, hereinafter referred to as "materials", to the Organisational Units of the University of Gdańsk in parts: 1) part I: reagents for chromatography; Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) classification code: 33696000-5 (reagents and contrast agents), 33696500-0 (laboratory reagents).2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex 1a to the SWZ - object-price form - respectively for Part I.3. The estimated (anticipated) scale of the Ordering Party's needs during the term of the contract is provided in Annex 1a to the SWZ - respectively for Part I. The Ordering Party stipulates that the quantities of particular items of materials, indicated in appendix no. 1a to SWZ - respectively for the part I are forecast (estimated) quantities, which are not binding for the Ordering Party. The Purchaser reserves the right to change the quantities of materials indicated in appendix no. 1a to the SWZ, which will not constitute an amendment to the contract. The actual quantity of particular items of materials will result from the Ordering Party's current needs, and the Contractor's total gross remuneration shall not exceed the amount specified in § 3 item 1 of the draft agreement - appendix no. 4 to the SWZ.4. In such case the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims against the Principal. The anticipated resignation shall result in an appropriate change in the final value of remuneration due to the Contractor and shall not constitute an amendment to the agreement that requires an annex.5 The Contracting Authority informs that in the course of performance of the agreement there may occur orders that will be paid from EU, foreign and domestic projects - the list of projects is enclosed as appendix no. 6 to the SWZ.
