The subject of the contract is the supply of materials and reagents for the Forensic Laboratory of the Regional Police Headquarters in Krakow with the following division into tasks: Task 1: Materials for Gilson equipment; Task 2: Reagents; Task 3: Laboratory materials 1; Task 4: Laboratory materials 2.2.
The subject of the contract is the supply of materials and reagents for the Forensic Laboratory of the Regional Police Headquarters in Krakow with the following division into tasks: Task 1: Materials for Gilson equipment;2. Detailed definition of the subject matter and size of the order are contained in Annex 2 to the SWZ - price form.3. The maximum size of the order is defined in Annex 2 to the SWZ - price form.4. Deliveries will be made to the KWP Material and Technical Management Department Warehouse located in the city of Krakow (Mogilska 109 Street). The Ordering Party requires duly secured delivery, appropriate for the given assortment.5. The length of the guarantee period for each task has been included in appendix no. 2 to the SWZ - price form.6. The Contracting Authority shall always allow submitting an equivalent tender. When offering an equivalent product, the Contractor is obliged to mark this fact in the column "PRODUCT NAME" in attachment no. 2 to SWZ. Failure to mark this fact together with lack of documents referred to in item 7 will be considered as offering a product indicated by the Contracting Authority as an example.7The Contractor offering products equivalent to those listed in Appendix 2, in order to confirm that the offered assortment is equivalent to those listed as examples by the Contracting Authority, is obliged to attach to the offer: a description of equivalent products offered, specifying: item for equivalent products according to Appendix 2 to the SWZ, their name, catalog number, manufacturer's name and their detailed characteristics8. The Contracting Authority allows the use of foreign language in the offer in the scope of proper names of reagents, materials or laboratory equipment, names of manufacturers, address data, names and patent offices and institutions having their seats outside Poland.9Conclusion of a framework agreement does not deprive the Contracting Authority of its right to procure the supplies in question by way of separate public procurement procedures in the event that the Contracting Authority determines that there is no interest in submitting an Executive Tender by the Economic Operators under the framework agreement or in other justified cases.
