Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of prophylactic meals for the employees of the Polish Water Management Authority - Regional Water Management Board in Cracow, divided into 5 parts. The order is realized in the form of successive deliveries. The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract to the Contracting Authority to the location indicated in the description of a given part of the contract. The Contractor shall deliver the ordered batch of articles each time within 3 working days from the date of placing the order by the Ordering Party's representative. The subject matter of the contract shall be unloaded by the Contractor in the room indicated by the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall be obliged to deliver the subject of the order free from physical and legal defects and not infringing on third party rights. The costs of delivery and unloading to the place indicated by the Ordering Party shall be charged to the Contractor and shall not constitute grounds for additional charges to the Contractor.
Regenerative meals must meet the following criteria: a) the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 28 May 1996 on preventive meals and beverages (Journal of Laws 1996 No. 60 item. 279);b) the subject of the order is of good quality without the content of mechanically separated meat (MSM), without GMOs, without the addition of dyes;c) the meals listed in the table in point 2 are to be delivered in original, factory sealed packaging, without physical signs and traces of damage;d) each pre-package must have a label containing details provided for in the applicable legislation, in particular in the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the EU No. 1169/2011 of 25 October 2011.;e) the shelf-life of regenerative meals at the time of delivery may not be shorter than 6 months from the date of delivery to the Contracting Authority, documented by a delivery note;f) the subject of the contract should meet the specific requirements set out in the applicable regulations concerning the production and marketing of food, in particular:- the Act of 25 August 2006. The subject matter of the order should meet the detailed requirements specified in the binding legal regulations concerning the production and trade of food, in particular:- the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1252, as amended), together with implementing regulations,- the Act of 12 December 2003 on general product safety (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2047, as amended),- the Act of 21 December 2000 on the commercial quality of agricultural and food products (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2047, as amended). 2178) Regenerative meals must meet the following criteria:a) the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 28 May 1996 on preventive meals and beverages (Dz.U. 1996 No. 60 item. 279);b) the subject of the contract is of good quality without the content of mechanically separated meat (MSM), without GMOs, without the addition of dyes;c) the meals listed in the table in point 2 are to be delivered in original, factory sealed packaging, without physical signs and traces of damage;d) each pre-package must have a label containing details provided for in the applicable legislation, in particular in the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the EU No 1169/2011 of 25 October 2011.;e) the shelf-life of regenerative meals at the time of delivery may not be shorter than 6 months from the date of delivery to the Contracting Authority, documented by a delivery note;f) the subject of the contract should meet the specific requirements set out in the applicable regulations concerning the production and marketing of food, in particular:- the Act of 25 August 2006.
