Description

Electronic Sealed Bids for construction of the above-noted project will be received up to 2:00 p.m., THURSDAY, MARCH 28TH, 2024 at the offices of 1080 Architecture, Planning + Interiors, 1825B Park Street, Regina, SK S4N 2G4, and opened in Private immediately after.
Description of the Work: The work involves interior renovations to the main and 2nd floor of an existing office building located at 2550 Sandra Schmirler Way in Regina, Saskatchewan. The area of work is approximately 1955sq meters on the main floor and 1145sq meters on the 2nd floor Plans and specifications in electronic PDF format are available on SaskTenders.
Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond / Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender and a Consent of Surety.
Subcontractors shall file their Bids directly to General Contractors.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
