Kinn kommune vil med denne anskaffinga inngå rammeavtale med 1 leverandør der anskaffinga sitt formål er å få dekke oppdragsgjevar sitt behov for levering og utlegging av asfaltmaterialar på vegar, plassar og liknande. Avtala gjeld også tilhøyrande arbeid som naturleg fell inn under asfaltarbeid, til dømes etablering av fartshumpar, avretting og liknande.
Avtala gjeld fastlandet i nordre del av Kinn kommune (Måløy og omegn) som består av omkring 70 km kommunal veg.
