Description

The works in this lot 1 include the transfer of existing works (in particular downpipes and feeder wells) and the construction of all future works in the base tunnel, which will be approximately 21.9 km long for each tube, from Modane to the adjacent section in Italy.Work performed by purchase orders may include, but is not limited to- the development of the Villarodin-Bourget platform (fence, earthworks, stone slabs, power supply, site ventilation, mine water treatment, site installations),- the civil engineering of the Modane safety site and associated technical galleries (conventional excavation, support, waterproofing and surfacing) from the foot of the Villarodin-Bourget/Modane downspout,- the civil engineering of the base tunnel (digging by conventional methods and/or with a tunnel boring machine, support, waterproofing and lining) as well as the inter-tube galleries and associated technical chambers,- the civil engineering of the redevelopment to its final dimension of the Villarodin-Bourget/Modane descent,- the execution of all the works necessary for the logistics of the works and rescue (temporary and/or definitive works, underground works, networks, etc.)),- the development of pre-classification sites for excavated materials for future use and temporary and permanent disposal sites for materials resulting from earthworks and underground excavations (Mill site, Third Party site),- the disposal and transport of excavated materials by belt conveyor. The works that may be carried out by means of possible subsequent contracts (launched or not depending on the operational date of the work package in charge of the analysis, sorting and reuse of excavation materials) consist of the Management and Use of Excavation Materials (Geme), which may include all or part of the following services:- the analysis, sorting and final classification of excavation materials,- the evacuation of excavation materials to temporary or permanent disposal sites,- earthworks for final disposal on the Third Party site.Subsequent contracts may also allow civil engineering works to be carried out for the construction of tunnel structures interfacing with the future equipment contract. The scope of the present "Operational site 5" lot may be subject to limited variations, bordering on the "Operational site 4" lot to the east and the "Operational site 6" lot to the west, depending on the actual progress of each of the worksites and the need to maintain the project implementation programme within the planned timeframe The works in this lot 2 include the transfer of existing works (in particular descending tunnels) and the construction of all future works in the base tunnel, which will be approximately 23.1 km long, from Saint-Martin-La-Porte to Modane. The work carried out by means of purchase orders may include in particular: For operational site 6 (Co6):- the development of the La Praz platform (fence, earthworks, merlons, power supply, site ventilation, mine water treatment, site installations),- civil engineering of the La Praz safety site and associated technical galleries (by conventional methods) from the foot of the La Praz descent,- the civil engineering of the section of the base tunnel of approximately 9 km in length between the caves of La Praz and the Modane safety site (conventional and/or tunnel boring machine), as well as the inter-tube galleries and associated technical chambers,- the complementary civil engineering of the existing tube between the La Praz safety site and the operational site 7 (sealing, lining). For operational site 7 (Co7):- the development of the Saint-Martin-La-Porte platform (fence, earthworks, merlons, power supply, site ventilation, mine water treatment, site installations),- civil engineering at the foot of the Saint-Martin-La-Porte downspout for the construction of the second pipe, including the tunnel boring machine assembly cavern, as well as the inter-tube galleries and associated technical chambers,- the civil engineering of the second tube of the base tunnel of approximately 8 km in length between the foot of the Saint-Martin-La-Porte tunnel and the foot of the La Praz tunnel (by conventional and/or tunnel boring machine), as well as the inter-tube galleries and associated technical chambers,- the civil engineering complementary to the existing pipe between Saint-Martin-La-Porte and La Praz (lining, drainage, sanitation, filling concrete),- the civil engineering complementary to the existing pipe between the two branches of the Saint-Martin-La-Porte descending line (possible realignment, civil engineering of the base tunnel (by conventional method) in the direction of Saint-Julien-Montdenis, up to the junction with the adjacent work package. For operational sites 6 and 7 (CO 6/7): - the execution of all the works necessary for logistics and rescue (temporary and/or definitive works, underground works, networks, etc.),- the development of certain pre-classification sites for excavated materials for future use and temporary and definitive disposal sites for materials resulting from earthworks and underground excavations,- the storage and transport of excavated materials by belt conveyor. The works that may be carried out by means of possible subsequent contracts (launched or not depending on the operational date of the work package in charge of the analysis, sorting and reuse of excavation materials) consist of the Management and Use of Excavation Materials (Geme), which may include all or part of the following services:- the analysis, sorting and final classification of excavation materials,- the disposal of excavation materials to temporary or final disposal sites.Subsequent contracts may also allow civil engineering works to be carried out for the construction of tunnel structures interfacing with the future equipment contract. The scope of this "Co 6/7" lot may be subject to limited variations, bordering on the "Co5" lot to the east and the "Co8" lot to the west, depending on the actual progress of each of the worksites and the need to maintain the project implementation programme within the planned timeframe The works in this lot 3 include the transfer of the existing works (in particular the Saint-Julien-Montdenis covered trench and associated works) and the construction of all the future works of the base tunnel over a length of approximately 1.8 to 4 km, located in the vicinity of Villard-Clément.Work performed by purchase orders may include, but is not limited to- the installation of the Villard-Clément site platform (fences, earthworks, stone slabs, electrical supplies, site ventilation, mine water treatment, site installations),- the temporary supports necessary for the earthworks to carry out the attack on the base tunnel,- the earthworks necessary for the attack on the base tunnel and the covered trench in conjunction with the trench already carried out,- the civil engineering of the two base tunnel tubes, which are approximately 1.8 to 4 km long (excavation, the construction of the civil engineering of the covered trench at the junction between the covered trench already built as part of the operational site 9a and the entrance to the base tunnel, over approximately 150 m, and the final backfilling at the site,- the construction of all the structures necessary for the logistics and rescue work (temporary and/or definitive structures, underground works, networks, etc.)),- the development of pre-grading sites for excavated materials for future use and temporary storage,- the storage and transport of excavated materials by belt conveyor. The works that may be carried out by means of possible subsequent contracts (launched or not depending on the operational date of the work package in charge of the analysis, sorting and reuse of excavation materials) consist of the Management and Use of Excavation Materials (Geme), which may include all or part of the following services:- the analysis, sorting and final classification of excavation materials,- the disposal of excavation materials to temporary or final disposal sites. The scope of the present "Operational Worksite 8" lot may be subject to limited variations, bordering the "Operational Worksite 7" lot to the east, depending on the actual progress of each of the worksites and the need to maintain the project implementation programme within the planned deadlines.
