Description

The tender concerns the acquisition of a road-rail vehicle and a trailer for the transport of catenary equipment as part of maintenance operations on the RATP's RER network (airways and tunnels).
The tender covers the design and construction of a road-rail vehicle and trailer, their manufacture in the factory, the supply of documentation, delivery, testing, commissioning and staff training in the maintenance of this equipment. This equipment is intended to transport catenary equipment as part of maintenance operations on the RATP's RER network (overhead lines and tunnel). This tender includes a minimum and a maximum amount.The services included in the minimum consultation amount are as follows:- the design and manufacture of the road-rail machine and trailer (the equipment);- the testing and checking of the equipment in the factory, with all the means necessary for its smooth operation;- the packaging, on-the-spot transport from the manufacturing plant, possible storage and handling of the various materials making up the equipment;- the development, testing and on-site RATP acceptance checks, with all the means necessary for smooth acceptance;- all the necessary approvals, certifications and various administrative documents, enabling the project owner and operator to have a vehicle in working order;- all the technical documentation for the equipment as well as all the sub-assemblies or components purchased specifically to be integrated;- the operating and maintenance documentation;- RATP on-site training for operating and maintenance staff;- the supply of the spare parts required for maintenance during the 24-month warranty period;- the preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment covered by this framework agreement during the 24-month warranty period.The services included in the maximum amount of the consultation shall be as follows:- the services included in the minimum amount of the consultation;- a contract for a further 24 months of preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment.
